Human Administration

  • Assist HR specialist to filling employee p-file and onboarding documents

    • Establish and manage feedback mechanisms, implementing surveys and feedback channels to understand employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement. Leveraging insights gathered from employee feedback, you will make data-driven decisions to enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to KKV's recognition.

      Talent Acquisition

      • As a Retail Recruitment Intern at KKV will be involved in every aspect of talent acquisition operations. This includes posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms, screening resumes, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, reporting on ongoing recruitment activities and involve in physical and virtual recruitment activities.

        Employer Branding

        • Primary responsibility will be to promote KKV as the employer of choice within the retail industry. Utilizing social media platforms to integrate talent acquisition advertisements and employee-related content to enhance KKV's employer branding.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, marketing, or any other relevant field of study with a strong interest in human resources or recruitment.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and analyze data for recruitment reports and presentations.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively communicating with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Competencies: Demonstrated drive for results with a proactive attitude towards achieving recruitment goals; excellent verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively represent the company and engage with candidates; strong planning and organizing abilities to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Functional Skills: Strong written communication skills to draft compelling job advertisements and communicate effectively with candidates; effective interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
