  • Assists Restaurant managers plan, organize and direct the operations of restaurants and related establishments to provide dining services. Tasks include :-
  • (a) To follow up and track daily sales, time card, food purchases and void bills;
  • (b) planning and organizing special functions;
  • (c) ensuring that dining, kitchen and food storage facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance;
  • (d) conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service;
  • (e) taking reservations, greeting guests and assisting in taking orders;
  • (f) to track daily purchases and report to HQ every Monday on the Weekly Goods purchased.
  • (g) to handle tactfully all customers complaints on food quality and etc;
  • (h) selecting staff, setting staff work schedules, and training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff;
  • (i) ensuring the restaurant's safety and operational efficiency, final check before closing to confirm that essential utilities like gas, electricity, and water are safely shut off.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced or Higher Graduated Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess positive working attitude, result-driven, independent & self-motivated.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, deadlines and job expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Who are able to start work immediately or short notice period will be an advantage.
