  • Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other relevant Malaysian labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving disputes, addressing grievances, and managing performance.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist senior management in formulating HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR management experience, with a strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws.
  • Excellent skills in drafting and reviewing contracts and handling legal documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage employee relations and cross-departmental collaboration effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
  • High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Fluent in Mandarin&English.
