- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary planning, and inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver smooth travel experiences.
- Process payments, refunds, and booking modifications as required.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers for feedback.
- Keep up to date with travel trends, packages, and promotions.
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Fresh grads / Non experience are welcome, training will be provided
- Language required : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
