  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver smooth travel experiences.
  • Process payments, refunds, and booking modifications as required.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers for feedback.
  • Keep up to date with travel trends, packages, and promotions.
  • Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Fresh grads / Non experience are welcome, training will be provided
  • Language required : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
