Job Description

1. Handling your personal target to achieve Revenue and Margin commitment.

2. Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork and partnership, where sales department’s personnel can prosper; find rewards in their efforts; and, be continuously motivated and challenged to improve their performance

3. To undertake and perform sales & marketing activities focusing on achieving sales target committed in territories assigned for products and/or services assigned.

4. To make at least 10 customer visits each week. To meet at least 1 new customer for potential business discussion every 2 weeks.

5. To ensure response to all customers within 2 working days.

6. To submit a weekly sales report and new call plan (for the coming week) by every Friday.

7.To provide department manager with monthly update on market updates, competitor’s activities, business opportunities and other relevant market information.

8. To take lead for overall business opportunity in Johor and Klang Valley and territories assigned.

9. To handle yearly products' quota allocated.

10. To handle customer’s experience in a manner where they are consistence throughout the organization and continuously improving.

11. Provide assistance to application matters such as commissioning of equipment sold/marketed by the department.

12. To liase with the service team on any customers requirements for technical support or warranty support.

13. To clearly inform, update, communicate and coordinate with Service Engineers to ensure efficient product installation and services.

14. To discuss the issues faced externally or internally and provide suggestion / solution for improvement

15. To feedback key win and lose and discuss with manager on strategies to win the following sales.

16. To prepare and report weekly update on detail funnel, activities and sales/work status to Department Manager.

17. To participate in all initiatives and activities including but not limited to marketing, seminars and roadshows undertaken by the department and company.

18. To follow through on product delivery and installation process and ensure customers expectations are met.

20. To assist the company on collection of outstanding invoices. To assist to train new product specialist when needed.

21. To ensure compliance to related GDPMD procedures applicable to the department at all times

22. To abide to all company’s policies and procedures.

23. Ensure all businesses done in the region and channels in Malaysia are in accordance with company guidelines and obtain all relevant qualifications including but not limited to FCPA agreements and GTC compliances, distribution agreements, confidential and secrecy agreements that will ensure company interests and in accordance with existing governments’ guidelines including but not limited to Medical Device Authority (MDA) requirements, of the countries in which businesses are conducted.

Skills required:

1. Bachelors degree in Science

2. Minimum 5 years validated experience

3. Results oriented and driven to succeed.

4. Strong commercial competence with the ability to articulate and communicate business opportunities.

5. Ability to translate complex and large amount of information and priorities into implementable strategies and get result.

6. Skilled in establishing relationship and networks across company and divisions, driving alignment, common goals and clear accountabilities.

7. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to prioritize based on key result areas, to handle time effectively and to meet agreed deadlines.

8. Ability to successfully operate with ambiguity and lead change.

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to influence and negotiate outcomes successfully.
