Medical Content Coordinator

Our primary business purpose is to help clients and supporters increase the effectiveness of activities pertaining to scientific communication, medical education, and the maintenance of audience intimacy.
Overall Objectives
Reporting into Team Lead, Medical Aggregated Content, the Medical Content Coordinator will primarily focus on managing and curating clinical and pharmaceutical content, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage (search, scrub, categorize, tag & publish) large volumes of incoming clinical/pharma/healthtech content
- Track and update guidelines/clinical trial/drug resources
- Discover new data sources and tools
- Summarize or repurpose content as needed; Use gen-AI tools for curation
- Perform a range of editing tasks, including fact-checking and copyediting
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and processes; Effectively communicate insights/recommendations
- Occasionally, may be required to attend meetings/trainings with global teams outside regular hours
Key Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, paramedical)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or pharma (publishing, coding/transcription, medical records, pharma documentation) OR currently working in research/academia (research assistants).
- Scientific temper and passion for healthcare
- Understands medical terminology
- Attention to detail
- Flair for writing and editing
- Excellent written and verbal communication; Fluent in English
- Fair understanding of generative AI tools (e.g, ChatGPT, Deepseek, Claude etc.)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of multiple teams across geographies
- Previous experience with content management systems (CMS) is an added advantage
