Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Manage office facilities, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Handle all corporate legal matters (agreements, tenancy, licenses).
  • Maintain records and tracking of company assets.
  • Support logistics for deliveries, shipments, and transport.
  • Assist in purchasing: sourcing, quotation, and order processing.
  • Keep proper filing of documents and legal records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel, and internal events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Job & Skills Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM / "O" Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, administration, or office management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software (e.g., ERP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
