Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage office facilities, maintenance, and utilities.
- Handle all corporate legal matters (agreements, tenancy, licenses).
- Maintain records and tracking of company assets.
- Support logistics for deliveries, shipments, and transport.
- Assist in purchasing: sourcing, quotation, and order processing.
- Keep proper filing of documents and legal records.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist in organizing meetings, travel, and internal events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Job & Skills Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM / "O" Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, administration, or office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software (e.g., ERP) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
