
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
MAINTENANCE
1. Involves various tasks among which include the installation and repair of a building’s mechanical system as well as the upkeep of a property (hotel).
2. Oversee the delegation of tasks to maintenance personnel to ensure smooth business operations.
3. They may personally conduct the repair of a building’s electrical/heating system
4. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
5. Keep accurate record of maintenance logs and provide reports to management on daily operations.
6. Conduct regular health and safety risk assessments to identify building/equipment hazard.
7. Ensure that all maintenance/testing operations are in accordance with acceptable standards.
8. Be fully conversant with hotel Fire and Emergency procedures
Requirements:
Education:
Candidate must possess at least Certificate in related field
Required language: English , Bahasa Malaysia
At least 1-2 years of working experienced as Maintenance personnel is required for this position
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Pro-active, diligent, team player, and able to work well under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
