  • Facilitating communication between different departments and levels of the organization to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Identifying training needs and providing opportunities for employee development to enhance skills and knowledge within the operational team.
  • Leading change initiatives and managing transitions effectively to minimize disruption to operations.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, implementing best practices, and driving innovation within the organization.
  • Various ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the company from time to time.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
