ADMIN OFFICE OFFICER
1. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
2. **Coordination and Scheduling:**
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate logistics as required.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives.
3. **Record Keeping and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage petty cash.
- Prepare periodic reports as requested by management.
4. **Communication and Liaison:**
- Act as a point of contact between the office and external parties, such as vendors and clients.
- Ensure effective communication within the office, disseminating information and announcements.
5. **General Office Management:**
- Assist in the orientation of new employees regarding office policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and tidiness.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,750.00 per month
