Job Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts include maintain up-to-date financial records and manage account closings.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Process transactions and maintain general ledger
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Process employee expenses and claims
- Prepare tax and other statutory filings
- Support external and internal audits when required
- Provide support for ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Any other assignments allocated by the managements.
Job requirements:
- Degree/diploma/any similar qualifications relevant to accounting/finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting function involved in preparation and/or review of accounting statements and management accounts.
- A proactive, mature, and positive attitude towards work.
- Ambitious to learn and grow attitude is highly appreciated.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
