1. Purchasing:
- Source and evaluate suppliers.
- Create and process purchase orders
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Keep the team informed about order statuses and deliveries
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist with daily office tasks, such as filing, store/sort data and reports preparation.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- To monitor warehouse storage space for optimum inventory and maintain minimum stock and at the same time keep stock at a safety level.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
