
PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE (FOOD INDUSTRY)
Job Description:
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in production management? Join us as a Production Executive and ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring on time product through effective production planning and operations.
2. Identifying and solving production issues such as material shortage (raw materials, equipment) machine malfunctions and other manufacturing problems.
3. Supervising company personnel to ensure that production plans are executed.
4. Training and evaluating company workers.
5. Raise, investigate customer complaints and execute Quality Documentations (CAPA-Corrective Action Preventive Action)
6. Monitoring due and overdue department quality management system (QMS) records.
7. To ensure GMP and HACCP procedure is followed and implemented and all documents are recorded and updated.
8. To assist in Halal Certification as and when required.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
3. Strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
7. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in production management software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
