Job Summary
The Boutique Assistant cum Live Host will play a dual role in ensuring the smooth operation of our boutique and engaging with customers through live hosting sessions. This role requires a combination of excellent customer service skills, a flair for sales, and the ability to confidently present products in a live setting. The ideal candidate will be energetic, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Boutique Assistant Duties
Customer Service:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
3. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Sales and Product Promotion:
1. Actively promote boutique products to achieve sales targets.
2. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of the product range and stay updated on new arrivals.
Store Operations:
1. Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
2. Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and monitoring product availability.
3. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Team Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the team to achieve collective goals.
2. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
Live Host Duties
Live Product Presentations:
1. Host at least 1 live session on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee) to showcase boutique products per day.
2. Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions and providing product demonstrations.
3. Create a lively and interactive atmosphere to attract and retain viewers.
Content Creation:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for live sessions.
2. Prepare scripts and product highlights for live hosting.
3. Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content remains relevant and appealing.
Audience Engagement:
1. Build and maintain a strong connection with the online audience.
2. Respond to comments and messages during and after live sessions.
3. Encourage viewer participation through giveaways, polls, and interactive activities.
Performance Tracking:
1. Monitor the performance of live sessions, including viewer count, engagement rate, and sales conversion.
2. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving future live sessions.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
1. Minimum SPM or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in retail, customer service, or live hosting is an advantage but not mandatory.
3. Skills and Competencies:

5. Confident and charismatic personality with the ability to engage an audience.
6. Basic understanding of social media platforms and live streaming tools.

Working Conditions
Working Hours: 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (shift schedule)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
