Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and organize client management account information from various sources.
- Input client data accurately into the MBRS system, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Regularly update and maintain client records in the system.
- Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to gather required information and resolve issues.
- Provide updates on data entry progress.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Data Entry, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in data entry, accounting, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) or similar software.
- Knowledge of MBRS or similar data management systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 per month
