Primary Objective

The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for testing, quality control, and final production sign-off of survey links, data computer tabulations, and charting PowerPoint reports for Market Research Projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake all survey link quality control. Check programming instructions, questionnaire logic/ routing/ design, and any other considerations that may affect fieldwork.
  • Undertake checking for data computer tabulations according to the Tabulations SOP Checklist.
  • Undertake checking for Charts (PowerPoint) reports according to the Charts SOP Checklist.
  • Coordinate Local Language survey links' checking with Survey Programmers and Link Checkers.
  • Responsible for preparing the Respondent Quality Check report and escalating to the Client Service Team.
  • Responsible for managing the master questionnaire and monitoring revisions/ versions.
  • Questionnaire comparison between versions to ensure the latest copy is being used for updates
  • Ensure questionnaire specifications have been correctly implemented
  • Responsible for reviewing the questionnaire.
  • Analysis and practice best questionnaire design for data collection and analysis
  • Review the questionnaire and raise clarifications or suggestions to help with maintaining a good quality questionnaire
  • Coordinate changes and manage project timeline with Project Managers and Survey Programming, Data Processing, and Data Visualisation teams.
  • Assist in troubleshooting quality issues that may arise during the review process.
  • Track key quality metrics to help measure and monitor performance.

Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong attention to detail (visual and logical).
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and multi-tasking.
  • Good English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Possesses good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a strong commitment to deadlines, who is self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic international company
