Job Description
- Able to handle full set of Account
- Update and maintain accurate accounting entry
into accounting system
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and
on a timely basis.
- Update and maintain accurate accounting entry
into accounting system.
- To assist in accounts transactions, checking,
verification and follow up.
- Handle data entry for all account transaction
including Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable
(AP) & General Ledger (GL).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Keep track and follow up on debtor's outstanding
payments.
- Able to handle staff claims, petty cash, payment
vouchers.
- Manage proper documentation and filling for
record keeping.
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative
management.
- Maintain proper filing systems and records.
- Coordinating between departments and divisions in
resolving day-to-day administrative and operational
problems.
- Responsible for day-to-day office accounting and
administrative matters.
- To execute ad-hoc duties when required.
- Provide administrative support & HR operation
function to the company.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and
database systems for account
- To assist the sales team and customer service of the
database system.
Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in Account or related field.
- Good at Using Autocount Software for Finance
- Knowledge of Account skill and techniques.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Hour
Saturday and Sunday - Offday
Monday - Friday
1st Shift : 8.00 am – 6.00 pm
2nd Shift : 9.00 am – 7.00 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
