Job Description

  • Able to handle full set of Account
  • Update and maintain accurate accounting entry

into accounting system

  • Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and

on a timely basis.

  • Update and maintain accurate accounting entry

into accounting system.

  • To assist in accounts transactions, checking,

verification and follow up.

  • Handle data entry for all account transaction

including Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable

(AP) & General Ledger (GL).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Keep track and follow up on debtor's outstanding

payments.

  • Able to handle staff claims, petty cash, payment

vouchers.

  • Manage proper documentation and filling for

record keeping.

  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative

management.

  • Maintain proper filing systems and records.
  • Coordinating between departments and divisions in

resolving day-to-day administrative and operational

problems.

  • Responsible for day-to-day office accounting and

administrative matters.

  • To execute ad-hoc duties when required.
  • Provide administrative support & HR operation

function to the company.

  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and

database systems for account

  • To assist the sales team and customer service of the

database system.

Qualification

  • Degree / Diploma in Account or related field.
  • Good at Using Autocount Software for Finance
  • Knowledge of Account skill and techniques.
  • High-level communication and networking skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Hour

Saturday and Sunday - Offday

Monday - Friday

 1st Shift : 8.00 am – 6.00 pm

 2nd Shift : 9.00 am – 7.00 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
