Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Customer Engagement Executive to join our team. This role involves driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with product teams and marketing to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights for business development strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong English is preferred & Bahasa.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

Office Location: Jalan Desa, Taman Desa (same row with Maybank)

Pay: RM 3,000.00 – RM5,000.00 per month
