Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Customer Engagement Executive to join our team. This role involves driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products/services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with product teams and marketing to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Generate sales reports and provide insights for business development strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong English is preferred & Bahasa.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

Working hours: Monday – Friday (9.00 am – 6.00 pm)

Office Location: Jalan Desa, Taman Desa (same row with Maybank)
