Job Description

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to sales inquiries
  • Support in coordinating sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Track and follow up on customer payments and deliveries
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g. logistics, finance) to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Help in organizing and documenting sales materials and promotional items
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks to support daily administrative work
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the sales team

Requirements

Candidate must be currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service

  • CGPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Fluently bilingual with Mandarin skills as a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and adaptable team player with dynamic leadership skills.
  • Computer literate and capable of independent work.
  • Minimum 3-month internship commitment in Shah Alam, Glenmarie.

Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
