To support the Sales Operations team in streamlining sales processes, improving data accuracy, and assisting with daily operational tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue-generating activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and updating sales reports and dashboards.
  • Support data entry, cleansing, and maintenance in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Help monitor sales KPIs, overdue opportunities, and open leads.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and documentation for customer accounts.
  • Assist in tracking and managing sales pipeline metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales reps to ensure timely updates of Salesforce data.
  • Participate in special projects such as market research, customer profiling, or system improvements.
  • Prepare presentations and summary reports for internal use.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Ops team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to commit at least 4 months for internship.
