Job Scope & Responsibilities

In-Store Sales & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best baby gear (e.g. strollers, car seats, baby carriers).
  • Explain product features and demonstrate product usage confidently.
  • Manage cashier duties, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.
  • Monitor stock levels and help with stock arrangement or restocking.

TikTok Live Hosting & Online Engagement

  • Host daily TikTok Live sessions to promote new arrivals, best-sellers, and promotional items.
  • Demonstrate products live in an engaging and informative way.
  • Answer live questions and engage viewers during sessions to boost interaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan content for TikTok, Reels & other platforms.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Help create product highlights and short videos for social media.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for storytelling and customer engagement.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve future promotions and customer experience.

Requirements:
Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Passion for baby products and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media marketing and live selling is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
