We are seeking a client-focused and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of corporate clients for the Academy.

You will serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent client service while identifying new opportunities to deepen partnerships and drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with academic, product, and operations teams to deliver customized programs, while leading a high-performance sales team focused on relationship management and sustainable revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts, acting as their trusted advisor for learning and development solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR, L&D leaders, and business decision-makers.
  • Identify client needs and collaborate with academic and business development teams to recommend customized programs and learning pathways.
  • Support the sales cycle by preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and assisting in negotiations.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of programs, working closely with internal teams to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Track client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues to maintain high retention and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, such as executive short courses, certifications, and blended learning formats.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on account status, pipeline progress, and renewal forecasts.
  • Keep up with market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to inform future offerings and strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, corporate sales or Business Development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of corporate learning needs and L&D priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and timelines effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional team with educators, marketers, and business developers.
  • Passionate about client success, professional development, and workforce transformation.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM85,000.00 - RM96,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Key Account Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Customized Learning Programs: 3 years (Preferred)
  • B2B Sales / Corporate Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
