  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and elevators.
  • Troubleshoot and repair lighting, plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical issues.
  • Respond to work orders and attend to urgent maintenance tasks affecting building functionality.
  • Record monthly utility readings (water and electricity).
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work.
  • Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Assist with installation and maintenance of systems and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain all maintenance tools and report any faults.
  • Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for specialized or major repair services.
  • Inspect and ensure functionality of all fire safety equipment.
  • Monitor and support weak current systems including CCTV, door access, fire alarms, and video intercom systems.
  • Update the maintenance log and schedule preventive maintenance.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
