  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview :

Friendly, approachable and confident in interacting with customers. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Associate to join our team at our ZHOU LIU FU Shop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet & assist customers in a friendly & professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs & recommend suitable jewelry.
  • Process sales transactions accurately & efficiency.
  • Maintain the cleanliness & organization of the store to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
  • Help manage inventory levels & assist with stock replenishment.
  • Promote sales offers, events, and new collections to customers.
  • Build & maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism.
  • Assist in merchandising & visual displays to ensure an attractive presentation of products.

Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales attitude and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast–paced environment.
  • Knowledge of jewelry products (desired but not required: training will be provided)
  • Basis math skills for processing transactions.
  • Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic computer software.
  • High level of professionalism and personal presentation.
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
