Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks:
A) Administrative Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
- Ensure all office systems and processes are well-maintained.
- Manage office facility contracts and service providers.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and company records.
B) Human Resources (HR)
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and staff welfare.
- Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with employment laws.
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts when necessary.
- Lead training and development initiatives.
C) Finance
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Liaise with the finance/accounting team to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Assist in financial analysis and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee expenditure control and cost-saving initiatives.
D) Tender Management
- Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Analyse client requirements and ensure compliance with tender specifications.
- Coordinate with technical and legal teams for contract terms.
- Track and evaluate tender outcomes and propose improvements.
E) Procurement
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods/services.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven experience in commercial or operations management roles.
- Strong understanding of finance, HR, tender, and procurement procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in SMARTGEP and experience working with local authorities, government agencies, oil and gas regulatory bodies, water governing authorities, and PETRONAS.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software (e.g., ERP systems)

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
