Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive (Undergraduate) will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the undergraduate programs at City University Malaysia. This includes targeting potential SPM Leaver Student, creating impactful marketing materials, actively participate in all the recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist with undergraduate recruitment events, webinars, and seminars.
  • Actively involve in marketing activities such as Education fair, road show, school visit and University open day.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions and Faculty teams to understand program strengths and student needs.
  • Prepare and analyze marketing reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with the branding and design teams to create engaging promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Engage with potential undergraduate students, providing information and assistance in the application process.
  • Ensure alignment of all marketing strategies with the university’s overall objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and respond to queries on undergraduate programs via social media, email, and phone.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media, SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
