  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Verify bank in slips for daily seasonal collections.
  • Verify the LPR seasonal parking collection reconciliation file and liaise with vendor/ bank officer if the bank in amount is incorrect.
  • Verify seasonal parking applications and assign the correct seasonal packages to the season parkers.
  • Handle new applications, inquiries, renewals, card activations, and terminations of car park season passes.
  • Prepare billing schedules and issue billing in the Yardi system.
  • Prepare salary deduction listings and liaise with Group Payroll on salary deductions on monthly seasonal parking fees for Sunway staff.
  • Verify the float book and prepare reimbursements for refunds of deposit or parking fees.
  • Review aging and follow up on amounts owed by card holders/tenants/Company.
  • Supervise assistants under the season pass team and train new staff in handling basic customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of Seasonal Pass information in Car Park Systems and Master listing.
  • Execute season parking collection reconciliation robot and rectify robot errors (if any).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Minimum Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient administrative/organisational skills.
  • Analytical with fine attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possesses intermediate to advanced level of skills in Microsoft application programs (especially in Microsoft Excel) and accounting systems.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
