Business Development Executive (IT Industry)
We Are Hiring: Partnership Executive
Location: KL Sentral
Salary: RM4,000
Contract: 1 year (Renewable)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing key partners to drive business growth.
Support the development and execution of partnership strategies and initiatives.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, finance) to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs.
Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track key metrics.
Conduct market research to uncover potential partnership opportunities.
Assist in preparing business proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
Manage day-to-day communications with partners, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to spot new opportunities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and generate valuable insights.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
