Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director/Management team.
  • Manage schedules, calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure data security.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Attend meetings or events when necessary and represent the management professionally.
  • Run errands and support both personal and business-related tasks.
  • Communicate on behalf of the Director/Management when required.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth internal operations.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
  • Able to travel internally and externally as needed (meetings, errands, events).
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
