Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director/Management team.
- Manage schedules, calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents and ensure data security.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Attend meetings or events when necessary and represent the management professionally.
- Run errands and support both personal and business-related tasks.
- Communicate on behalf of the Director/Management when required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth internal operations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
- Able to travel internally and externally as needed (meetings, errands, events).
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
