Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.
2. Identifies and acts on opportunities to continually improve the customer experience.
3. Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Experience of dealing with large volumes of work under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst dealing with competing priorities.

6. Strong research skills and the ability to apply knowledge and sound judgement.

10. A professional approach with the ability to establish creditability quickly both across the organisation and externally.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Respond to incoming customer telephone calls and emails from customers with enquiries related to their online account, application or our global website
2. Respond to incoming customer telephone calls and emails from customers with queries related to our exams, venues or results
3. Application processing; basic products only (renewals)
4. Ensure the highest quality of service is provided at all times, with strict adherence to agreed service levels.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of current customer processes and procedures.
