  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Account Executive

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Location : TTDI Kuala Lumpur (Near to MRT TTDI)

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare monthly financial and management reports
  • To prepare payment vouchers
  • To perform monthly stocktake
  • To prepare yearly budget report
  • Assist in cash flow management,
  • Assist in strengthening and improving internal control and processes
  • Assist in providing information for Group Accounts Consolidation
  • Assist in audit and tax processes
  • To ensure proper documentation and filings of financial records
  • Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, government authorities and etc;
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirement:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent and qualified certificate.
  • At least 1 year of accounting firm experience
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a great spirit of teamwork
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 days work
  • Advanced computer skills on MS office, accounting software and databases.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and flexible with good attitude.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
