Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic networking.
  • Track and manage service requests in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams.
  • Set up and configure new hardware and software.
  • Maintain user access, passwords, and security settings.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
