Location: KL Eco City Job Type: Full-Time Fluency in Mandarin is a MUST to lead and support our Mandarin-speaking telesales team effectively. Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and coaching? We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader to guide our high-performing Mandarin-speaking Financial Telesales Executive (FTE) team. In this role, you will drive sales results, support team development, and ensure excellence in customer engagement. Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Mandarin-speaking Financial Telesales Executives to achieve sales KPIs and targets. - Provide daily coaching, guidance, and call listening (especially in Mandarin) to improve team performance and telesales effectiveness. - Monitor individual and team performance; conduct performance reviews and submit monthly scorecards. - Support onboarding and training of new hires, including performance assessments during nesting and ramp-up periods. - Collaborate with trainers to enhance and adjust training materials and sales scripts as needed. - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve complaints professionally. - Ensure accurate reporting of calls, sales, and team activity in the CRM system. - Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance (including PDPA), and telesales conduct. Requirements: - Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) – required to communicate effectively with team and Mandarin-speaking customers. - Strong command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in telesales/telemarketing, preferably with banking or financial products. - At least 1 year in a team leadership or coaching capacity in a call center or sales environment. - Proven track record in hitting sales targets and mentoring team members to success. - Solid knowledge of loan/refinancing products is an added advantage. - Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. - Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. - Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing sales scopes and targets.
