Job Summary: - Operations

The Store Manager bears the overall responsibility for the profitability of the chain restaurant outlet. He/she performs outlet-level support functions, such as customer service, scheduling, handling day-to-day operations, cashiering, closing of the till, ordering inventory, and back-office support. He/she is responsible for the recruitment, training, motivating staff and assisting the store manager in day-to-day activities of an outlet.

Job Responsibilities: - Operations

  • Recruit & select staff that meet set expectations and are suited to work in a customer-oriented environment.
  • Create good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying areas that needs training and action to support it.
  • Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
  • Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant method.
  • Monitor food and stocks wastage in the outlet.
  • Managing of daily sales transactions and cash float is adhere to company’s cash handling policy and guidelines.
  • Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations.
  • Plan roster for operations staff.
  • Motivate, guide and train the staff in upselling the food and beverage items.
  • Achieve Business KPIs set by management.
  • Attend to guest requests and attend to guest complaints as required. Resolving this at store level though service recovery.

Skills:

  • Possess effective management skills
  • Possess capability to lead, motivate and manage subordinates
  • Good command of spoken English
  • PC literate with knowledge in MS Office

Education:

Min. Diploma in F&B management or any related fields

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience management in Food and Service Operations
  • Pleasant, friendly, cheerful, and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
