- Be consistently familiar with every type of accommodation and service in the Hotel, enhancement programmed on rooms inspection through each of the various types of rooms to be coordinated objectively, to be able to fully describe any room to potential guest.
- Maintain a high standard of customer relations/ customer service within the Hotel Front Office.
- Ensure all front liner team exercises a sales attitude and all members of the front liner aware of sales opportunities within the hotel which will assist with the maximization of revenue.
- Ensure overbookings are well controlled and being carried out by the Front Office team, to achieve the maximization of room sales and revenue.
- Ensure all Front Office team are being updated and aware of all room sales/revenue targets and kept informed of the performance results.
- To conduct regular briefing with the Front Office Personnel to update hotel happenings and to attend to guest's requests.
- To ensure a high standard of liaison is maintained between Front Office and all other departments within Hotel.
- To supervise day to day operations ensuring standards are adhered to and maintained.
- To ensure training schedules are being carried out and exercise proper techniques of presentation.
- To ensure communications meeting are held and follow up on the matters arise in the minutes of meeting.
- Be fully knowledgeable on relevant information relating to hotel facilities, places of interest in Kuala Lumpur & Petaling Jaya especially shopping malls, etc.
- Capable in offering first and positive information to Hotel guests when required or requested.
- To co-ordinate and work closely with the other Front Office staff.
- To promote goodwill, courteous, friendly helpful at all times.
- To properly handle any emergencies according to procedures.
- To perform any additional duties and responsibilities when requested by the management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
