Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Administrator to support and manage the day-to-day administrative tasks related to insurance policies and documentation. The role involves processing insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. Key Responsibilities: • Handle new insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements. • Prepare and issue insurance quotations, cover notes, and policy documents. • Coordinate with insurance companies/agents to ensure timely processing of policies and claims. • Update and maintain accurate client records and insurance databases. • Follow up with clients for necessary documents, payments, and renewals. • Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage, terms, and procedures. • Generate monthly insurance reports for management review. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. • Liaise with finance department for premium collections and disbursements. • Support customer service and other departments as needed. Requirements: • Proven experience in an insurance-related role or administrative support. • Degree holder in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field. • Good knowledge of general insurance processes (motor, non-motor, takaful, etc.). • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
