Buyer
Specific job scope as below:
· Identifying requirements for goods, materials and services.
· Responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and follow up suppliers’delivery of materials to meet customer order requirement,
· Comparison of price and payment terms
· Comparison of delivery terms.
· Establishing order quantities.
· Writing requests for bids and awarding supply contracts.
· Filling and updating the purchase orders and purchases invoice
· Coordinating delivery with the warehouse against storage capacities.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 year of experience in purchasing / purchasing assistant position.
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Capable of working independently.
4. SPM / STPM / Diploma, Professional Certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
