Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to manage daily financial transactions and administrative tasks in our retail business. This role involves handling cash and bank reconciliations, tracking shortages, and assisting with general admin work. Fresh graduates with strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy in deposits and withdrawals.
- Check for cash shortages and discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly.
- Record and arrange outlet rentals.
- Arrange daily payment to submit to Head of Finance.
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records.
- Assist in preparing daily sales report.
- Support general administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and filing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Retail experience is an advantage but not required—Fresh graduates are welcome!

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
