Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Response, follow up and solve customer’s feedback and/or issue promptly and within the time given.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Resolve problems by clarifying customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Processing orders, requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all time

Job Requirement:

  • Any Diploma is accepted.
  • Good communication skill & written in Mandarin & English
  • Experience working with customer support (1 year)
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Proficient in the use of computers
  • Possess initiative and a strong sense of responsibility strong in self-discipline and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work after working hours of there is needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
