Job Responsibility:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Response, follow up and solve customer’s feedback and/or issue promptly and within the time given.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Resolve problems by clarifying customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Processing orders, requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all time
Job Requirement:
- Any Diploma is accepted.
- Good communication skill & written in Mandarin & English
- Experience working with customer support (1 year)
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Possess initiative and a strong sense of responsibility strong in self-discipline and able to work under pressure
- Able to work after working hours of there is needed

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
