  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Ordering & Purchasing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from order placement to delivery. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and services essential to our operations. Experience or skills in graphic design will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs.
  • Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Obtain and review quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Generate purchase orders and ensure accuracy of order details.
  • Monitor and track delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and delivered goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing or design team as needed on packaging, branding, or product presentation (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build supplier relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a strong advantage.
