  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Operations Specialist (After-sales Cloud Product Support)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Language Requirements: English & Mandarin (speaking & writing).

Requirements:

Background in network engineering, experience in server/ cloud products.

Summary: solving technical issues of IT tickets logged by customers and update the status or progress by writing, internal communication with customer service (usually no direct communication with customers)

Job Responsibilities:

1.Provide technical support for customers regarding servers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of server systems and related applications.

2.Promptly respond to and resolve customer technical issues related to cloud servers, SSL certificates, business email, websites, etc., ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

3.Create help documents, FAQs, and user manuals to assist customers in efficiently using various cloud products.

4.Conduct regular technical issue training sessions for sales and customer service teams.

5.Assist customers with server migration, backup, and restoration, offering relevant technical guidance and troubleshooting server network connectivity issues.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant experience.

2.Proficient in Linux/Unix systems with hands-on experience in product development environments.

3.Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).

4.Familiarity with resource management and optimization of cloud platforms (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud).

5.Strong knowledge of email server principles and setup processes.

6.Experience with server management tools such as aaPanel, with the ability to independently set up websites.

7.Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and resilience under pressure.
