Job Description:
- Coordinate, monitor, and complete shipment arrangements (import and export) with overseas stations/agents and customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Ensure timely completion of invoices and send them to customers for payment processing.
- Follow the customers' standard operating procedures.
- Manage shipments and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- 2 years related experience in Logistics/Forwarding/Shipping Line is an added advantage.
