JUNIOR PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and work with the procurement team to ensure uninterrupted production. Assist in troubleshooting any production issues and work towards resolving them swiftly. Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and tools to minimize downtime. Train, guide, and support production staff, ensuring they understand and follow procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain accurate production records and reports, tracking progress, material usage, and any discrepancies. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources. Liaise with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, and maintenance) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. Monitor and evaluate production performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field. years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (specific number of years can be inserted).
