In this role you will: - Lead end-to-end execution of solar deployment projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. -Manage project logistics including scheduling, transport, materials, and on-ground coordination. -Conduct site visits to monitor progress, installation quality, and team performance. -Proactively anticipate and resolve potential risks in execution. -Build and maintain respectful relationships with Orang Asli communities as the primary liaison. -Engage with stakeholders including donors, government agencies, vendors, and community leaders. -Train and guide local teams and community members involved in installations. -Document project activities and provide regular updates and insights to directors and stakeholders. -Collaborate with internal teams to optimise resource use across programmes. To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have: -Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project management, renewable energy, rural development, infrastructure projects, or related fields. - Candidates with academic backgrounds in geology, environmental science, engineering, or other relevant fields are encouraged to apply. - Experience working in remote areas or with indigenous communities is an advantage. - Candidates with PALAPES (Pasukan Latihan Pegawai Simpanan) training, and/or active membership in the Scouts Association of Malaysia, and/or equivalent leadership training are highly encouraged to apply.
