FARM SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farming operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, knowledgeable in agricultural practices, and able to manage staff effectively. You will ensure the productivity, efficiency, and safety of all farm activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate farm workers and their tasks (planting, harvesting, feeding, irrigation, etc.) Monitor crop or livestock health and report issues Maintain and operate farm equipment and machinery Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Manage inventory of supplies (feed, seed, fertilizers, etc.) Assist with planning and implementation of farming schedules Train and guide new or seasonal workers Keep records of labor, production, and equipment maintenance Coordinate with suppliers and service providers as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in agriculture is a plus 1+ years of farm experience, including supervisory roles Knowledge of crop or livestock production Mechanical skills to operate and maintain equipment Strong leadership and communication abilities Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions Problem-solving and organizational skills
