Responsibilities: • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability. • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. • Oversee the entire procurement process, from purchase order creation to invoice reconciliation. • Analyze purchase costs, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and recommend strategies for cost optimization. • Ensure that purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and relevant documentation such as those required for ISO9001, ISO45001, IATF 16949, ROHS, etc. • Monitor market trends and pricing information to identify potential cost savings and ensure competitive pricing. • Coordinate and work closely with internal stakeholders, including Production Control, Sales and other relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely procurement. • Address any issues or disputes related to procurement effectively and efficiently. • Obtain product registrations and relevant licensing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Perform and other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by Superior from time to time. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification in the relevant field • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the related field or industry • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin • Willing to learn, take initiative and work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and LN system • Knowledge in ISO requirements and familiar with forwarding/shipping terms is an added advantage
