Pharmacy Assistant (Part Time)

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, providing excellent patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy department. Responsibilities Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately Assist with IV infusion preparations under pharmacist supervision Maintain inventory levels and restock medications as needed Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards Help in maintaining a clean and organized work environment Experience Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus Familiarity with medication administration procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling prescriptions Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, critical care environment If you are passionate about patient care, possess the necessary skills, and are looking to contribute to a dynamic healthcare team, we encourage you to apply for the Pharmacy Assistant position.
