Key Responsibilities:

  • Hybrid SharePoint Management: Oversee and integrate SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments, ensuring smooth synchronization and user experience across platforms.
  • SharePoint Online Administration: Manage SharePoint Online sites, ensuring governance, compliance, and data security while configuring Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance workflows.
  • SharePoint On-Premises Administration: Administer SharePoint Server environments (2016, 2019), ensuring performance, patch management, upgrades, and security.
  • Governance, Compliance, and Security: Implement data governance, compliance measures, and security configurations across both environments, including Microsoft Purview for risk management and DLP.
  • Collaboration and End-User Support: Provide support, training, and troubleshooting for users, while promoting new feature adoption in both SharePoint environments.
  • Hybrid Integration and Automation: Ensure integration of SharePoint Online with other M365 tools and manage hybrid workflows for consistent data flow across platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor performance, resolve issues, optimize resources, and manage backups and recovery processes for both environments.
  • System Upgrades and Patch Management: Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and feature updates for both environments.
  • Collaboration with IT Teams and Development: Work with IT teams on migrations, integrations, and customizations, and collaborate with developers to create custom SharePoint solutions.
  • Project Management: Support corporate projects ensuring system performance, security, and integrity, while managing development and production environments.
  • Disaster Recovery: Assist in designing and maintaining disaster recovery solutions, ensuring systems meet RTO and RPO requirements.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

    • Microsoft M365 Certifications (Enterprise Administrator, Security, Compliance and Identity)

    • Microsoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft M365 SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.

    • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing M365 SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.

    • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
