Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hour: (6:00AM – 4:00PM) (Australia) Location: Shah Alam (No nearest public transport, Prefer own transport) Salary : Up to RM 2,500 + Allowances Job Description: - Answering inbound calls mostly from Australian customer regarding their parcel, logistic including return back & refund. - Checking order queue in CRM and assign jobs. -Contact to customer to arrange for return parts. -Raise job in booking system. -Update daily report. -Compile daily data with team. -Work with team to follow up on daily cases. Job Requirements: -Fluent in English to lease either with English speaking Associates (Australians) -Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill and customer service skills, Proficient in MS Office Decisive. - Able to multi-task and committed to service excellence. Possess initiative to respond to customers’ needs with commitment toward service excellence. - Able to work in fast-paced environment and able to work on public holidays. - Good team players - Work independently. - Disciplined and high responsible person.
