Responsibilities- Outbound calls to our existing customers to generate sales;
- Answer incoming calls from assigned sales segment & prospective customers' enquiries and request for quotation;
- Meet or exceed monthly & yearly sales target and facilitate future sales;
- Maintain and update Customers' contact lists, account cards and business review reports;
- Issue Quotation, follow-up with customers on quotations and on any enquiries, on customer's order status & ETAs;
- Follow up and close all the quotation quoted timely. State the outcome of the quotation (Won / Lost / KIV) with reason;
- Collect and console customer existing purchase products (Purchased in this year and 3 years before), monthly forecast quantity and purchase price.
Requirements- 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service or as indoor sales coordinator;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to remain calm under pressure;
- Communicates effectively on the phone;
- Works well independently and is good at time management.
- Must have passion to engage with customers.
